This Privacy Policy explains how Project Flow collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you create an account, use the web or desktop app, start a free trial, purchase lifetime access, or redeem a license key.
1. Who We Are
Project Flow is a visual project and workflow planning product. For privacy questions, account requests, payment support, or data requests, contact postmaster@pmpro.com.cn.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information, including email address, authentication identifiers, trial status, membership status, and basic settings.
- Workspace information that you choose to create, including project names, tasks, dates, statuses, branches, layout preferences, guide state, and sync metadata.
- Payment and license information needed to verify purchases, including checkout references, license key verification results, product identifiers, payment status, and support records.
- Technical information such as browser type, device type, app version, timestamps, security logs, and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- We do not intentionally collect full payment card numbers, bank details, or complete payment credentials in the Project Flow frontend.
- We do not ask users to upload government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive personal information into project timelines.
4. How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide the 30-day free trial, and manage lifetime access.
- To save and sync workspace data across devices when cloud sync is enabled.
- To process checkout redirects, verify license keys, receive payment-related events, prevent abuse, and provide purchase support.
- To maintain the product, debug issues, improve reliability, and communicate account, payment, security, or policy updates.
5. Storage and Service Providers
- Supabase may be used for authentication, profile records, membership status, and cloud workspace storage.
- Creem or another checkout provider may be used for payment handling, license key delivery, receipts, taxes where applicable, and purchase verification.
- Vercel, GitHub, or similar hosting providers may serve the frontend and release files.
- If you connect GitHub Gist sync, workspace data may be stored in your GitHub account according to your GitHub settings.
6. Local Data and Cloud Sync
Project Flow may store workspace data locally in your browser or desktop app. If you sign in and cloud sync is active, workspace data can also be stored through the backend so you can access it on multiple devices. Avoid entering passwords, secrets, payment credentials, or highly sensitive personal data into project titles or task notes.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate Project Flow, process payments, verify licenses, prevent abuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, or protect service security.
8. Retention
We keep account, trial, membership, license, and workspace records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. You may request account or workspace deletion by contacting support. Certain purchase, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authentication controls and server-side handling of private payment and database keys. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password, email account, device, and connected tokens secure.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You may access, update, export, or delete certain workspace data through the app. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or privacy-related assistance. Privacy rights vary by location, and we will respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.
11. Children
Project Flow is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
12. International Use
If you use Project Flow from outside the country where our providers operate, your information may be processed in other jurisdictions where privacy laws may differ from yours.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, when appropriate, by providing additional notice in the app or by email.
Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Project Flow, including the website, web app, desktop app, account system, free trial, lifetime access purchase, and license key flow.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, checking an agreement box, using Project Flow, purchasing lifetime access, or redeeming a license key, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Project Flow.
2. Product Description
Project Flow is a workflow and project planning tool that helps users organize projects, tasks, branches, deadlines, progress, and workspace views. It may store data locally and, when account sync is enabled, through backend services.
3. Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and should notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Free Trial and Lifetime Access
- New users receive a 30-day free trial unless otherwise stated in the product interface.
- After the trial, continued access to paid features may require a one-time lifetime access purchase currently offered at US$1.99.
- Lifetime access means access to paid Project Flow features for the licensed account or license, subject to these Terms, product availability, lawful use, and reasonable technical limitations. It does not guarantee indefinite support for every old operating system, browser, third-party integration, or discontinued external provider.
5. Payments and License Keys
Payments may be processed through Creem or another checkout provider. The checkout provider may handle payment details, receipts, taxes where applicable, customer portal features, and license key delivery. We do not store full card details in the Project Flow frontend. You are responsible for entering accurate account and payment information during checkout.
6. Refunds and Billing Support
Refunds may be requested within 7 days if the license has not been redeemed, or if a confirmed technical activation issue cannot be resolved. Duplicate purchases and mistaken-account cases are reviewed by support. After license delivery or account unlock, purchases are generally final unless applicable law requires otherwise. For billing support, contact postmaster@pmpro.com.cn with your account email and order information.
7. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Project Flow for personal or internal business planning. You may not abuse the service, bypass payment or license checks, scrape or attack the backend, resell accounts or license keys without permission, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or use Project Flow for unlawful activity.
8. Your Content and Responsibility
You retain rights to the project and task content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, sync, display, back up, secure, and support that content as part of providing Project Flow. You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important information. Project Flow should not be your only record for mission-critical or legally required data.
9. Third-Party Services
Project Flow may depend on Supabase, Creem, Vercel, GitHub, or other third-party services. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, fees, and outages are outside our direct control. Optional integrations such as GitHub Gist sync are governed by your third-party account settings.
10. Changes, Availability, and Beta Features
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Project Flow. Some features may be experimental or subject to change, including payment flows, license key handling, desktop features, and sync behavior. We aim to keep the product useful and stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Termination
You may stop using Project Flow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail payment or license verification, or use the product unlawfully.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Project Flow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the product will meet every requirement, be uninterrupted, be error-free, or preserve all data under every circumstance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
